19 ridings in Malibu
So we (Richard Diamond, the president of the Young Liberals, and me) hit the road this morning to do an Ontario Tour with Scott Brison. Today, we're hitting ridings from Ottawa to London and then this weekend up to Bruce Grey Owen Sound until the LPCO boat cruise on Sunday.
Scott is doing a grassroot tour where he will have an opportunity to listen and engage in discussions with local Liberals. (He is also sampling the finest assortments of coffee that the province has to offere...)
We started at 6:30am...who leaves their house at that time?!? (You know you love your candidate when...)
And you know you take it for the team when you have to spend countless hours in a car with Richard who has a love affair for "florida old person music". That's righ - Paul Anka, Billy Joel, Sinatra, and the Righteous Brothers. Did I mention that Richard has a cover of 'Smells like Teen Spirt' done by Anka!
We just finished a stop to Smiths Falls in the riding of Lanark Frontenac Addington. We're on our way to Belleville.
...To be continued...

Sort of on the topic, I'm heading to the LPCO boat Cruise on Sunday and I have never been to a political event in my life. I was wondering if you know generally what attire is appropriate: formal, semi formal, casual, nude, etc.
Well while it maybe appealing to go nude the winds on the water can be chilly.
I would suggest causal. Not many people wear ties but people dress nicely.
Damn, there goes my plan.
Thanks for the advice!
yo sarah.
As of yesterday, your name/brison.com email is on the "on the road" thingy on the brison site yet when you try to send an email, it bumps back.

Correct address is sarah@scottbrison.ca
sarah@scottbrison.ca is the best way to reach me but as we head slighty north I may not get recption.
As for the fashion advice, no problem. We like to think (okay mostly me) that we're very fashionable on team Brison.
